Release form

  1. I confirm I am 18 years or older and participating voluntarily. I understand I may refuse any direction or stop the session at any time.
  2. I consent to being photographed in agreed styles, which may include boudoir, erotica, or nudity, within limits we set together during the session.
  3. The photographer has permission to create the images. Any use (including publication) is limited to what we have already agreed in writing (messages or email are valid). If nothing is agreed, there is no public use without my additional written consent.
  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the photographer from claims related to this session, except in cases of intentional wrongdoing, assault, or harassment.
  5. I acknowledge that I receive agreed consideration (such as payment, images, or other benefits confirmed in writing).
  6. The photographer retains copyright to all images. Any license to use, publish, or sell them is limited to our written agreement.
  7. I confirm I have the legal capacity to sign this agreement, that my information is accurate, and that I am not impaired in a way that affects my consent.
  8. This consent applies to still photography only. Video, audio, or live streaming requires separate written agreement.
  9. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the session and its details remain private, subject to lawful disclosure and any approved use.
  10. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. This document, along with our prior written communications, forms the full agreement. Any changes must be made in writing by both parties.
  11. This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory where the session takes place.
  12. I understand that my printed name, date, and signature (including electronic) are legally binding.
